Bus Information
Your student is eligible to ride the school bus provided you live two miles or more from the school. Students who are not eligible to ride a school bus may not ride a bus under any circumstances.
Due to student accountability and the safety for all students, alternate stop changes are not permitted-unless it is a stop change on the same route. Arrangements to alternate addresses are the parent/guardians responsibility. Students are required to ride their assigned bus to and from the student's registered address.
Bus transportation is provided for students, however, riding the bus is a privilege that may be revoked at any time for disruptive or unsatisfactory conduct. Since safety is our primary concern, all students who are transported by bus are under the authority of the bus driver and the school.
Cell Phone Information
Cell phones must not be visible, turned on or used during school hours: 8:30 a.m. until 4:15 p.m. – bell to bell.
Cell phones that ring, vibrate or are visible during school hours will be confiscated. Parents/guardians may retrieve their child's confiscated cell phone at the appropriate administrative office.
Text messaging is not allowed during school hours.
Cell phones and other electronic devices are the responsibility of the student. Electronic devices lost, stolen or damaged are not the responsibility of the school. Students should place "turned off" phones and other electronics inside of their backpacks for safe keeping.
